A thing that has been passed down in my family is my grandpa’s secret recipe sauce. It’s used on dumplings. It tastes both sweet and sour. I really like the sauce. It has ginger, soy sauce and water, that’s all I know. My mom makes the dumpling sauce. I don’t use all the dumpling sauce with the dumplings. My mom does not make the sauce very often because she doesn’t buy dumplings any more. I like that the sauce is healthy. The sauce is the third best sauce my mother makes for different foods. One day, I will pass down my grandfather’s recipe for dumpling sauce to my own family.
