Donut County Video Game Poster
I watched the story of R.O. Kwon and my object relates to hers because I’m not attached to this object itself but I’m only attached to the video game. I only like things for the content of them like with my ipad or phone I’m only attached to the games or messages and I’m not attached to the poster, only the memories it gives me of the game.My object is a poster of my favorite game I played when I was little, Donut County. The game really meant a lot to me because I would play it to forget about stress and relax in my free time. It’s not really as cultural as many other objects are but it still means everything to me. The game was simple, pretty easy, and fun and I played it while I was around the age of 7. I remember playing it over 5 times. In the game you are a giant hole and you go under things so they fall inside of the hole. Every time something falls into the hole you grow and there are multiple levels you can complete but you can finish it in a little over an hour. I got this poster because one dad asked me if I wanted to decorate my room with any posters and I immediately thought of this video game. Now this poster hangs in my room at my dad’s house.
