This object has a lot of sentimental value to me. It was originally my step-dad's, who was pretty much my real dad. He was in the military for over 20 years and went on 2 deployments to Afghanistan and Iran. I am not sure which deployment gave him this dog tag, because he had four tags, two from each time. That is only part of the reason it means a lot to me and my family. He actually passed away in 2019, and ever since I have worn this dog tag every single day, and it is the only dog tag that was given to my family.
