DNA
Coming to the United States and people guessing where am I from was very interesting. Sometimes people guessed that I am from Italy, Greece, India...etc. One day I asked myself the same question; where am I from? I am from Egypt. But where Egyptian came from. I started to question a lot of things. Therefore, I decided to have the DNA test done. The results were fascinating. I found out that I am from all over the places. Obviously, a huge percentage was from the Middle East. Also, The results showed that I am from different parts of Africa (Senegal and Nigeria), it showed that I am eight percent Italian and Greek, and the fascinating part was that the rest of the percentage was European Jewish. Growing up, I know that Islam is the religion of my family. Now, learning that my ancestors were Jewish is the best thing that I've known in the results. I learned that it doesn't matter where someone is from because we all belong to each other one way or another. These tests prove that we should have much less hate and discrimination towards each other.
