Dashoune CampbellFamily Reunion Basketball Game
This basketball has been in our family for a long time. We play basketball for a family reunion basketball game, and it is 13 up and I finally got to play in one of the games. I usually had to watch all the games and couldn’t play, I was usually sad cause I play a lot of traveling basketball so I thought that would give me a chance. Then last year I got to play in my first game and I wasn’t like how I usually am, I was playing against older people which was more competition. So I came off the bench and went in and I didn’t expect to run PG right off the bat but that’s what happened and the game was fun. When they passed in the ball it was a nice ball I could tell when I was dribbling it was perfect. Third play of the game I scored and then it got the point where I was just constantly scoring. My mom was standing on the side cheering me at the reunion and I was just so happy. As you are probably wondering the reason this is so important is because this basketball game brings my family actually together and makes us happy. I really love to see my family happy and bringing up this joyful memory is the best and I’m so happy to have these memories. My family is very funny and we was trash talking on the court but it was all fun and games.
