Čutura
My grandparents escaped the communist party that was taking over Serbia, this Čutura was their only way to drink water as they fled through Austria and most of Western Europe to get to a boat to take them to America to be free. It gets carried down from generation to generation, once we get married the father gives it to the oldest son that isn't married to be filled with Slivo (Serbian plum brandy) and carried around at the wedding. Then the son getting married keeps it for the next generation and since my dad was the first to get married out of 3 boys he kept it and now he's going to pass it down to either my brother or I once we get married, whoever comes first.
