My object is a necklace which tells an important story. To begin with, when I was ten years old, I liked collecting small objects so I made it into a necklace with other charms my parents gave to me. Second, each charm means something. The rose in the middle is the first origami that I made, the skull candy represents a holiday celebrated in Mexico which is (in Spanish) dia de los muertos (day of the dead), the Eiffel tower stands for how I want to visit France when I grow up, the feather represents a feather quill since I enjoy writing and how I want to own one someday the key is the first charm I had and the quartz was given for my birthday. Lastly, I had this necklace for about four years and it’s important to me because my parents gave all the charms to me. It is the only thing I have that they both gave to me and its very special. In conclusion, this is why this necklace is important to me.
