My object is a Chain.  It is silver, and was made in Italy. I wear it on my neck. The history behind it is that an Italian friend of my dad's grandfather gave it to him.  It is very important for me, because it reminds me of my grandfather. My father gave me this chain and told me about it.  He told me that his father gave it to him when he got married to my mom.  It reminds me of that special occasion, because it was a wedding gift for my father, in the Dominican Republic.  My dad has had it since 1990, and then he gave to me in 2012 when I finished high school, and I hope someday my future son will have it♡.
