My name is Joi and i'm here to talk about why candles are so important to me and why they make me the kinda person I am. So, I've known about candles for almost all my life and its really all thanks to my family especially my mom and grandma. For example, both my mother and my grandmother introduced me to candles because of their love for them. My mother uses candles almost all the time for almost any reason, meanwhile my grandma only would use them for special occasions or holidays. My mother loves candles because of the way they change the mood and the atmosphere due to their scents and beauty. My grandma would put up candles on holidays such as, Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Valentines Day. My grandma would also put up candles on special occasions such as if people were to visit or on days like birthdays. I personally love candles because of the way candles can help to improve mood, reduce stress, improve concentration, reduce anxiety, promote sleep and create a relaxing atmosphere. Even though I may not be anything related to Christians, who also tends to use candles in their own way, I love candles because of the way they always change the mood. This is why I love candles so much.
