I got these four shirts from some of the years I spent at a camp. This camp holds a special place in my heart. I share the magic with my parents, aunts, and uncles who have also gone there. We head there near the end of summer for 5 days. I feel a deep connection to it. My mom and I talk about it all the time. She shares nostalgic stories of adventures with the other staff and small, yet heartwarming memories of her time there. “The candy store was always my favorite place to be because you got to learn every kid's name,” is one of my favorite things she says. I also have so many memories. I can remember being nervous yet extremely excited to go there after not seeing these people for many months, and reuniting with all of my cabin counselors and fellow campers. I have met some of my really good friends there, and I continue to make new connections with people. It is more than just a camp, it's a life-changing, unforgettable experience.
