Every year me and my family go to our cabin. On the 4th of July we go to a parade that is only a couple blocks away from our cabin. We walk there and see all the cool floats and people driving around in cars with pageant contestants and so much more. Behind our cabin there is a big field our neighbors own and we like to have a kickball game there against their family, it’s makes me so happy just feeling the sun against my skin and hanging out with family and friends. For dinner my whole family puts together a dump dinner outside of the cabin, which consists of a whole bunch of vegetables and potatoes (kinda like a big soup). I’m a person who doesn't really like vegetables but it’s still really yummy! After dinner on our lake there is a boat show, they throw candy to us and we have to swim to get it. And too finish the day off we watch the fireworks that they fire off at the fair but we can see them from on our cabin. I love the 4th of July because I get to spend time with family and friends and have fun all day long at my cabin.
