Brisket

My object is brisket. Brisket is a cut of beef. The brisket cut is located in the breast of the cow. Brisket is one of my favorite foods, even though I usually eat it only at the Passover Seders, which is two times a year. But when Passover does come usually my Grandma, Dad or Uncle Ben makes it.
I chose this dish because it is important to my family. To me, when I think of brisket I think of my family and all the other people from Eastern and Central Europe who brought this tradition along with them when immigrating to the United States. This dish is important to me and my family, so someday I hope to make this important food for my family.
