The object that I chose to represent my family is a bouquet. This bouquet is very important to us because when my dad married my step mom she used this bouquet. At the ceremony when she had to put the bouquet somewhere she decided to put it on a reserved seat that was empty. This seat represented my uncle that had passed away a long time ago. This meant a lot to us because we had hoped that he could've been there to watch my dad grow into a better man and watched all of his nieces and nephews grow up. Sadly, that isn't the way that life worked out for us. However, he is never forgotten and always with us in our hearts. This story could relate to other families because many people have lost loved ones before.
