This is a cap with the Albanian flag on it.  This is important because the flag shows Albania's independence after it had been ruled for over 400 years.   The flag of Albania is a red flag with a silhouetted black double-headed eagle in the center. The red stands for bravery, strength and valor, while the double-headed eagle represents the sovereign state of Albania. This is why the Albanian flag is very important to Albanians.
