My subject is Yemen coffee.  the Yemen coffee is part of the culture in my country, In 1450, Sufi monks in Yemen were the first to cultivate coffee plants and brew the drink we know today as coffee. also, Yemeni Coffee is among the oldest and most highly praised in the world, it is one of the most important agricultural resources that are produced in Yemen and most of the exported to all parts of the world. Yemen coffee is one of the best coffee in the world. what makes it one of the best coffee in the world? Is the flavor and aroma. Its complex earthiness often holds tones of dried fruit, partly due to being dried with the fruit husk. This Arabian Yemen coffee also carries notes of chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, or tobacco. an important fact is Mocha is not chocolate, no matter how many coffee shops insist on calling chocolate-flavored coffee drinks Mocha. Mocha was named after the city of Mocha in Yemen, which was the most famous city that exported coffee to Italy.
