warthog tusk that killed great grandpa.

When I was about 7, my dad brought me a big cardboard box from his room. He told me that in that box there were tons of cool, rare objects that had been passed down from his grandpa to his dad to him. He opened the box and showed me all sorts of different objects. There was a petrified pine cone, a huge 3-inch tooth, a tusk, and many other projects. Once I saw the tusk, I asked him what it was. He told me it was a warthog tusk. This tusk was short and very curved. It was very light and a tan khaki color. I was surprised because I knew that warthogs only lived in Africa. So I asked him how he got the tusk. He told me it was from a warthog that killed his grandpa. He said that his grandpa was hunting for deer in Africa and he came upon a warthog. He didn't want to kill a warthog, so he tried to hide from the warthog, but it saw him. The warthog rushed toward him he tried to shoot it, but it stabbed him with its tusk in his stomach. The tusk ended up breaking off in his stomach. Then he killed the warthog. He took the tusk out and went to the closest hospital. The hospitals in Africa were not that good, and he ended up dying. This warthog tusk connects to me because like my grandpa and my dad's side of the family, I like to hunt. It also connects to me because I have always loved collecting cool things. When I travel, if I find something cool, I bring it back home with me. Like me and my family, a lot of people in America love to hunt.
