Walking Down a Path
This will walk with me to my future. This was my first pair of shoes (I only have one of them though) and this means a lot to me because my mom bought it for me. As my mom’s first kid, I know how much they get spoiled by first hand experience. My mom spoiled me to the max. She bought me all kinds of shoes, sneakers, sandals, even those baby socks that look like shoes. I interviewed her to figure out what happened behind the scenes. I asked my mom a couple of questions and these were her responses. I asked her, “ Why were you drawn to this specific pair of shoes when you bought them?” She said, “ Because you were my first child. Also because I knew that you were going to be a girl the minute that I found out I was pregnant. I was super excited to have you!” I also asked her, “Why is this the pair of shoes that you decided to keep out of all the other shoes I had?” She gave me a silly answer, “I didn’t have enough space for them!” Then, she said, “ They were my favorite pair and because I looked really cute in them.”
