Tradición Ecuatoriana
The hornado is a typical dish from Ecuador which contains baked pork made on the barbeque. . It is traditionally used on festive dates such as baptisms, parties, weddings, marriages, something important among family and friends. The typical dish was a dish created days past that to celebrate they roasted a pig and from there comes the tradition which is celebrated every festive date. It’s important to me because it reminds me of when I was in Ecuador, it’s my tradition, but represents a whole story for a lot of ecuatorianos. This type of food is made in some parties that meet the family and they enjoy fun.
