Tostones and Salami are a very popular dish in Dominican culture, everyone loves them including my family. It’s basically fried flat bananas put in with some cooked salami on the side, this dish gives me a lot of good memories whenever I saw sad or hungry.  My grandma and or Mom would cook some for me and it’d be the best! I love both their cooking and it makes me appreciate it my culture and who I am and I love being Dominican!
