The item I chose is called a Tortilla Maker. It is a Mexican machine that helps Mexicans make tortillas and flattens them out. My Great Grandmother gave it to my grandma when she turned into an adult and then my grandma gave it to my mom before she came to America. After my mother got this machine, my mom made so much delicious meals such as tortillas with cheese, tortillas with egg and sausage, tortillas with chicken, tortillas with beans, tortillas with egg and ham, tortillas with salt, tortillas with egg, tortillas with sauce, and tortillas with beans and cheese. I remembered when I used this for the first time, I was so happy because not only did I use this for the first time I did it with my mother. And it was a very special memory because it was the first time I helped my mother in the kitchen.
