The quetzal is important to me because it represents the freedom that exists in the country.
The quetzal represents the freedom that all people have in Guatemala. My father thinks it is a bird that represents freedom and joy and I think it is a bird that represents peace
When I look at the bird I think about freedom. My parents when they look at the bird think it is a very striking bird and that it represents the joy of freedom and peace
The quetzal helps me tell my story about who I am because he is a quiet, patient, funny bird.I am quiet and I like freedom.
