The Holy Bible
My object is the Holy Bible.The Holy Bible is a book of the Christian Faith. We use this book to worship, learn, and pray. A Bible is a book with lessons to learn about kindness, love, and world peace.The Holy Bible is a brown book with the words The Holy Bible on the cover. Some have a string for a bookmark. My mom quotes from the bible to me and my sisters every once in a while to teach us a lesson.  Her grandmother used to read the bible to her too. My object is read by 280 million people in the United States, and 2.2 billion people around the world.  Many people read the Bible in church. My family is from both Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Both areas use the Holy Bible during prayer.  I chose this artifact because it is very important to my family and me. My ancesters from my mother and father’s side all followed the Christian Faith, and today it is still very important to my family.  I’d love to find out who started the Christian Faith? Being Chistian is important to my family and the Holy Bible is a book we look through daily.
