I am from friendly and cheerful
and full of friendship I am from coconut tree, mahogany and oak wood 
I am from straw hat and wooden chair

And from go to church every Sunday

From "fritay" (weighed bananas) 
and "griot" like (dry pork) and djon djon mushroom rice
from pumpkin soup every January 1st (Independence Day) 
and from horseback riding in the countryside
