My object is the Chinese flag. The color of the flag are yellow and red. The color red symbolizes  the communist revolution and it is used for during parades. The large gold star represents  communism, while the four smaller stars represents the social classes of the people. The chinese flag was adopted in September 27, 1949 by Leng Liansong. My teacher told me about this object.  Some special holidays in the Chinese culture are Chinese New Year, and Lantern Festival.  The Chinese flag is important and connects to to me because it represents my ethnicity.
