Bracelet

In Attire

My object is a gold bracelet. It is very dear to my mother. My ancestors in Sweden owned a shoe company in which they put a small gold tile at the bottom of each shoe. When the company ran out of business, the leftover tiles were melted into bracelets that were later given to the daughters and granddaughters as gifts. One of the granddaughters was my grandmother and it was later passed down to my mother. It is very important to me since we are so far away from my grandmother in Sweden.
