Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which empasizes head-height kicks, jumping, and spinning kicks. A Tae Kwon Do student wears a uniform and colored belts which indicates the student's level. Tae Kwon Do is important because it is both the most popular Korean martial art, and a Olympic sport.
