This stuffed animal was bought by my grandma for my mom in 1974. Throughout the period she lived in China, she moved often for work and education. While she moved, she brought along this stuffed animal. When my sister was born, my Mom and Dad had to immigrate to America for better opportunities, and the dog was finally abandoned. Yet, when my Mom and Dad obtained their respective degrees in American colleges, my sister brought the stuffed animal with her to America. Around 11 years later, I was born. I found the dog in a closet upstairs when I was 4, and it became my favorite toy in my childhood.
