This dish is very important to Haitians, the origin of this dish is culturally significant street food that represents a blend of African, indigenous Taíno, and French culinary influence. This dish is compose of fried meet, fried plantains, malanga fritters traditionally served with pikliz. This dish have pass generation to generation, my grandma made it when i fist try it.
