AFRICA

When I think of Tanzania, I think of soccer.  My grandma and my parents worked hard to raise me, and my parents offered themselves to help me grow as a civilized human being.  I was born in Zambia as a refuge, but my parents were born in a different country. While my identity is showing as Congo DRC, even though I was born in a different country, and I am now living in the United States. One of the most important things my family does is present me to our culture. For example, they gave me an African map pendant as a gift. The reason why  I selected this object is that it represents myself as African, and  I chose it because of the significance it holds for where I grew up and which identifies me as African no matter that I am living in the U.S. A.  Ever since I was born until now, I played more than three sports, but I had only one sport which is my favorite - soccer.  I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old, and all my knowledge was about soccer, and I had a lot of skills too. Well, my parents didn’t like that, because I started to behave differently -  I stopped attending school like normal a kid. The only thing that they know is the thing you do as a kid is to attend school to prepare for a career. They gave me a nice gift, and my goal is to achieve my career as a soccer player.
