When my friend came back from the Dominican Republic she gave me a keychain. It was shaped like a slipper and it said Dominican republic on it. I'm from DR so it is very important to me. It reminds me of where I go with my family almost every year. And since it is shaped like slippers it reminds me of when I go to the beach to relax . My friend gave it to me as a gift when she came back from the Dominican Republic. My other friends got matching keychains because she gave each of us one . I got the blue one and one of my friends got the purple one and the other got pink . It reminds me of my home country everywhere I go.
