My family and I arrived in the US in 2018, and it was all made possible by my father’s work opportunities. I am from Hungary, and I lived there up until we moved to NYC. That year was tough; the whole move was very chaotic and quick. However, my family has been eager to try new things and get away from our country, so we all took a deep breath and embraced the challenge before us. While it was a path filled with obstacles, we stood strong united, alongside my two brothers, whom I shall be grateful forever, as they filled my days with adventures and happiness. The same can be said of my parents, who sacrificed and worked hard to make our dreams come true. Now my dream is to make them proud. Bottom line is, all my opportunities come from the migration to the US.
