My parents both came from Japan, and they belong to a community where people gather and try to find self realization and happiness by connecting with themselves and emotions. They both met through this community, and immigrated to the U.S shortly after. This keychain was given to me when visiting one of these gatherings, and holds a deep connection to my cultural roots and the practices my family in Japan follow.
