Quince Ring
My most prized possession is the ring I was gifted on my 15th birthday. Even though it was given to me this year, it's really special to me. It matches me perfectly. Its gold, with emerald green gems on it and the number 15 in silver on the front. The ring feels special to me, it was given to me by my grandma. Originally it was gold and red but then it was switched. She gave it to me because it was something I had wanted for a long time. A quincenera is really important in hispanic culture, it's the coming of age for a hispanic girl. It celebrates the girl growing up. In exchange for not having a quince, I was given many things, but the ring is what caught my eye. The ring represents my quince.
