This is  my very first quilt that I have ever made. This is so important to my story because my grandmother helped me with this project. Learning from someone like her is all that I could wish for because it's part of a legacy that goes down from daughters to granddaughters for generations, and I am so happy and proud that I was apart of that. Learning this from my grandmother helps me know that she is still with me through my projects.
