Pupusas

My object is a recipe for a type of food that is popular in a country called “El Salvador”. My mom is from El Salvador. This  type of food is called “Pupusas”( Pu-po-sa ) . They are like thick flattened bread that has flavors inside the bread, like cheese, chicharron, beans or pork. I like the one with cheese, it tastes great. My mom makes them,  any flavor, and sometimes she adds a plant called“ Loroco”. If you want you can add it to your pupusas it isn't really necessary though. Also you can eat pupusas with “curtido”. Curtido is a cabbage that is added with flavors and mixed with other vegetables, like carrots! You place the curtido by the pupusa and you eat it! But for some people that's not enough flavor, there is a red sauce and that's tomato sauce! I don't like eating it with tomato sauce though. This dish is mostly and traditionally eaten by hand!
