This book, which has a marble cover, was given as a wedding gift to my great great grandparents Israel McBurney and Florence Angell Wilder on their wedding day of June 23, 1900. The wedding took place in San Francisco, California. This book contains a list of baptisms and confirmations of family members. The baptisms and confirmations of family members include; the confirmation of my great grandmother, and the baptism of my grandfather on January 8, 1939. It also includes the baptism of my grandfather's sister on March 11, 1945. This book was given to my mother by my grandfather and then given to me. This item matters to my family because it is a reminder of the heritage that has lived on throughout the years.
