This is the Virgin Mary.

My story is about a family tradition where we every Christmas we have a posada. The posada is something that the whole community can come and celebrate with us. This tradition happens every December and in this celebration, my family also can come to it as well. On the posada, My aunts, uncles and my cousins eat tamales and drink ponche. We also do a lot of other things as well, when we get there we greet all the people that come there also. This tradition was something that I believe my grandmother had brought here when she came to America. I believe that this tradition was something that my great grandmother had started with her family when she came to America. My great grandmother had immigrated from Mexico. I believe that she decided to come to America to support her family. This story takes place around the early 1900s I think. I will have a picture of the painting that we go to during this tradition. This tradition means a lot to me as it is something that I have been doing for a very long time. This tradition is something that my family has been doing for a long time and it always brings happiness to me whenever this happens. I think that this story would fit most into would be a religion.
