Pom poms represent my dancing and my inner child. Ever since I was younger, I’ve always had a passion for dancing and watching performances. It inspired me to be confident and maybe use dancing as my hobby. When I’m bored and have nothing to do, I watch idols dance and I learn from them. It makes me happy and I get to represent myself by learning dances and making them self taught. Now that I am a real dancer, my pompoms represent and mean a lot to me and what I’ve achieved, the spot not most people can get. At first, I thought that dancing was just something I would do just when I was bored. But when I heard that my school was having a dance and cheer team, I thought this was my opportunity to shine and give it my all. I was nervous since this was my first time performing in front of someone, but I really hoped they would put me in the team. Once they announced the list of cheerleaders, I never felt happier, and that’s when I got into the team. Ever since then, I’ve been really trying hard to learn new dances and it helped me bring up my confidence. I'm glad to say that dancing has been something I’ve been interested in since I was younger, from watching people perform, to being on a stage, to being the best cheerleader I can be. The people around me inspired me to become a better version of myself and to never be afraid.
