My great grandfather graduated from High school and obtained a pocket watch as a gift from the school. The pocket watch was made in Germany and shipped to the school to hand out. It is made from metal and has a chain on the top with a winding knob. My grandfather told me about this pocket watch and it is the only thing that I have left from my great grandfather. On graduation day I can put this pocket watch in my pocket and make it a family tradition to have the pocket watch on graduation day.
