I have very fond memories of hanging out with my family, especially while playing cards. It was probably one of my favorite activities to do when I was younger and it allowed me to interact with my family in a fun way. Anytime we would go anywhere we would play cards, didn’t matter where or when. The amount of suspense there was while playing cards was something special. Nobody knew what the next person was gonna play and that’s what made it fun. The emotions were while playing cards were usually happy. As a kid I sucked at playing cards and anytime I would lose I’d become a sore loser. Family hang outs were where everything happened. You would hear kids screaming because they lost or an uncle teaching a kid the best moves. I believe that playing cards were what connected me and my family the most out of everything we did together. Nothing beats the pure happiness of winning a game of cards against older cousins.
