This recipe is for a flavorful pie crust. This pie crust was always served during holidays as either a peach cobbler or an apple pie. My mother was an avid lover of the peach cobbler. Its flaky and buttery texture is made by folding in butter rather than putting it in the fridge for about an hour before doing a couple more folds. After doing this 2 or 3 times you can finally take it out and roll it out to the shape of your dish. Peach cobbler is the most loved dessert with this recipe which is just a large can of peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon, butter, and nutmeg. This will be passed down to me then the generations after me for holiday desserts.
