My childhood was often confusing to me.  My parents divorced when I was young and it has taken me a long time to understand why. I never understood when I was young. Now that I'm older I understand much more. The  picture I chose to share is of me and my mom. I don't really remember what we were doing that day, but I bet it was great. My mom and I would do everything together. She would come get me out of school because “I was not feeling well,” and because she was obsessed with coffee, we would go get coffee. I think that's why I love coffee so much now. I remember when I was actually really sick, not faking it, I got to stay home for a whole week with her, and we played games and made so many coffees. I had a large appetite and I loved to eat, so we would cook together often.  I remember I would just put random stuff together and hoped it would taste good. I know it didn't but she would always give me so much praise for cooking. I have a lot of special memories with my mom and that is why I chose to share this special picture.
