Alexander Public School is located in a rural area in Western North Dakota. The area is rich in agriculture and located over the Bakken Oil Formation, making it rich in oil resources as well. Because of this, our area draws people from many places in search of work in the oilfield, so our students create a diverse group with varying backgrounds. We have approximately 80 students in the high school portion of our PK-12 school. Though some students move often with their families, each student's story leaves a lasting impression.
