Collage of my story

In 1862, my great-great-great grandfather, fled from the Irish potato famine. He had been wanting to go to America, anyway. Unfortunately, when John got to America, the Civil War had just begun. He was drafted in, but fortunately he survived. During one of the battles, a picture was taken of him. This would later be framed, and would be passed down through the generations. When I was looking at the picture, I asked my dad, “who’s he?” and my dad told me the story. I have a feeling the story will be passed down for many more generations.
