When I was around 5 years old my grandmother used to make pan con pollo for the holidays. She used to make pan con pollo for Christmas and New Years. Pan con pollo is made from bread, chicken, tomato sauce, oregano, eggs, lettuce and mayonnaise. El Salvador is where my family is from and this food represents my culture because I am from El Salvador. This food is important to me and my family because my whole family loves them and they are good. Some more people should try pan con pollo and because they will love them too. This story is important because mostly all Hispanic people eat pan con pollo for Christmas and New Years and I think it is good to shared this story with others because some people don’t know how they taste.

After all, now my grandmother is older and her daughter now makes them for us to eat. I hope this traditions continues in my family.
