This book belonged to my great grandfather and was passed down to my mother and will eventually become mine. When my great grandfather first got it, my great grandmother  was annoyed because they were really poor and didn’t have enough money to spend it on books. But he kept doing it because he thought books were important.This book is important to me because books are a way to connect with my family and friends.This represents my culture because I love reading and books are really important to me.
