My mother Maria Rosario was born in Nandaime, Nicaragua in 1940.  She immigrated to Queens, New York around 1962 with her two brothers, Roger, Walter and sister Alma.  She met my father in Queens around 1963.  He migrated from Yugoslavia.  They had two children and eventually moved to Long Island.   Unfortunately, they divorced in 1978 and my mother passed away in 1979.
