Necklace from Singapore

My object is a necklace with a thin, silver chain and a round, silver, pendant. The pendant has a Tinkerbell shape cut out, and the pendant opens up in order to put a round circle, made of felt, inside. The necklace came with many felt circles with various colors. The circle is to add color to the Tinkerbell cut out and when wearing the necklace, you will see the Tinkerbell has the color of your choice. You can also apply nice scents to the circle so that the necklace smells good. This object means a lot to me because it was given to me by my helper, basically my relative, Veronica. She is someone I care a lot about, but I don’t see often. She is now working in Singapore for my grandmother. I lived in Singapore for 5 years, 10 months, 1 week and 6 days (I calculated). Veronica lived with me for about 4 of those years. She had become a part of my family, and this necklace always keeps her close to me. This necklace represents all the memories I’ve had with Veronica and the way she affected my identity.
