The recipe about Nihari and Naan And How It Got passed
Nihari (Beef Stew)  Naan (food). This recipe that my grandma makes got passed to her from her mother. Nihari and naan is a special dish that my grandma makes she only makes it on special days like at birthdays, Eid, and some other times like at parties. Nihari is like a gravy and a beef dish but a lot of beef. Naan is a bread that is soft. Nihari  was made in  India and Pakistan. Nihari and Naan is made for. Nihari  is made of a lot of gravy and beef also a little spice (: .Nihari is made with Spicies, beef, and onions.
Nihari is very old it was first made in Old Delhi during the reign of the Mughal Empire. Muslim Nawabs (Noblemen) would eat Nihari after their sunrise prayers. Nihari was first made in the 18th century.
I think that Nihari and naan pass on the traditions of my family. My feelings about the recipe are yummy and good to know about these foods. My thoughts or feelings about my family and culture is that I feel happy that I have this culture and I can learn more about it.
