In my life, I have many things that mean a lot to me. One of them is my necklace. It’s special for me because my boyfriend gave it to me in January when I returned to the D.R. For me, it means that the distance between us cannot break our relationship. We can be in love with someone even when that person is far away. Every time I see my necklace, I feel that Endy is with me. I just need to have the necklace close to me to think of the day when we will live together.  Having that necklace gives me a reason to fight every day and be brave.
